Any one heard a condition that music causes a sort of high or colors to creep run your vision or even bleeding

I was in the car with some of my friends, and this is the most powerful experience I've had with music. For some odd reason a song put me into a trance like state where i started to convulse, see odd colors in my vision and my nose started to bleed, but it wasn't painful but more like an amazing high that took me to another world in such bliss I didn't want the music to stop! Some one please tell me what this is, although I do love the experience, it is kind of scary, and I definitely would not want this to happen if i were driving or working! please help!

OH YA, and about the bloody nose, in a seizure, you may be pressurizing your head by inadvertantly exhaling against a closed throat, or you may have just bumped it while you were out.
