installing HID Light Conversion Kit in my car, I need help!?
This is a HID Conversion Kit 10000K my car is a 2001 Mercury I Grand Marquis GS everything installed correctly, I followed the instructions completely and accurately is that a possible defect with the brand new bulb? or there is a possible defect with my car? my lights before 7000K Xenon lights and that worked fine please help! thanks
They do not provide much information, but if that not light, make sure you have power coming in Check fuses and if blown, maybe a wire is pinched and shorted. It is unlikely that both lights are defective. You need stress to make them work and start with a circuit tester and see if you have 12 volts at the entrance to the HID. Also, ensure that cables are connected correctly and not pinched or shorted. Then if all else fails, call the manufacture of HID and that can help.
