car audio amplifiers off! car audio expert advice please?
ok in my 95 Cadillac Deville large 3 Ive done the conversion, updated at alt 350 amp Kinetik hc2400 I run 2 batteries and have a yellow top Optima battery as the battery on my base and cable are running 3 parellel.im jl 12w7 subs that are driven by 3 amps 100v2 JL. each has a 300 amp fuse 25 amp and 3 farad caps Dryver Pyle (1 for each amp). my head unit is a Kenwood double DIN DVD / CD with touchscreen. Cable is fine. my problem is when you turn the music up to a certain amplifiers cutoff about 3-5 seconds. and turn back on. I wondered if it could be the cable at a distance from the head unit because I have 3 wires spliced to 1 to each amp. do yall think is because the remote control unit isn't strong enough to support all the amps? Do you do a power amplifier remote? or should we just run the battery wires to a toggle switch on the amplifiers.
