To overcome the differences between the two types of surveillance systems, designers can use commercially available IP camera with a recorder function or DVRs with network functions often more advanced than those typically integrated into network cameras. I live in the council area Lambeth, London. Every day for three months there was a smart car with a camera closed circuit television sitting at the end of the road. We are an area very low crime, a police station less than three right turns away. However, this car sat every morning with two guys in it.
